Birthday — 20 to 60 guests
Birthdays 30, 40, 50, 60, daytime children's birthdays: we reserve a defined area of the terrace, set the table in a U or rectangle depending on the number, and leave room for cake and candles. Cake BYO allowed with no corkage fee, service split in two if you have an entertainment moment or speech planned.
Wedding & bachelorette — up to 110
Full wedding meal, pre-ceremony cocktail, post-registry dinner, bachelorette/bachelor daytime parties: we privatize the terrace, install discreet sound and set the menu with you. Tasting menu available, reception wine served separately, printed seating chart provided. Our team is used to tight schedules — we keep time even at 80 covers.
Seminar & corporate lunch
Team lunch, one-day seminar, training, executive committee: service in 1h15 guaranteed so you return to the meeting, free WiFi, power sockets, Tradition menu €35 with invoice in company name. We regularly host teams from Saint-Tropez, Sophia-Antipolis and Toulon looking for a break from the meeting room.
Team building & farewell party
Friendly team building around a meal, afterwork, farewell party, end-of-mission celebration: we can install games (darts, foosball), plan a cocktail dinatoire, or simply a long aperitif sliding into dinner. Flexible formula from €25/pers cocktail style, €35/pers seated dinner.
Family reunion
Summer cousin reunions, sibling get-togethers, christenings, communions: we love meals that last hours and end at dusk. Large rectangular table, shareable dishes for some courses, €10 children's menu, high chairs and stroller space. We accommodate if Auntie refuses gluten and Grandpa prefers well-done meat.
Association, club & group outing
Sports clubs, associations, hikers, bikers, vintage cars, tourist buses: budget menus from €28, individual or group payment accepted, table set in advance to avoid waiting. Bus access with drop-off zone near the terrace. Quote sent same day for associations.
Capacities and room configurations
We host from 10 to 110 people. The configuration changes completely depending on the group size, so we prefer to detail what we can do at each level.
Small group — dedicated table
A long table at the back of the terrace or indoors depending on the weather. À la carte or group menu. Booking recommended 1 week in advance, no deposit required. Ideal for birthdays, family lunches, small association outings.
Medium group — private area
An entire section of the terrace reserved for you. Group menu required (Discovery €28 or Tradition €35), 2-week minimum booking, 30% deposit. Service led by a dedicated head waiter. Perfect for weddings, seminars, summer family reunions.
Large group — privatization
Full restaurant privatization (110 seats). Custom menu on quote, 3–4 weeks booking, 30% deposit, option to combine cocktail + seated dinner. We become your event venue for the whole evening. See also our dedicated privatization page.
How to organize your group meal

Quote within 48h
You receive a detailed quote by email: precise menu, price per person, options (wine, coffee, cake, decoration), cancellation conditions. No surprise on the final bill.
You confirm
Signed quote returned and 30% deposit for groups over 20. For small groups, a simple phone agreement is enough. Date blocked in our calendar right after.
The day
Table set on arrival, team briefed on your event, service rhythm matched to your schedule. Payment on the day by card, cash, check or transfer. Professional invoice if needed.
Group and bus access to Nomadia restaurant
Where we are
Nomadia is located at 252 Route du Plan de la Tour in Sainte-Maxime, on the outskirts towards Plan-de-la-Tour. We're away from the pedestrian center, which makes group arrivals much easier: no summer jams, no parking hassle.
Saint-Tropez 20 min, Grimaud 7 min, Cogolin 10 min, Plan-de-la-Tour 5 min, Fréjus 25 min, Saint-Raphaël 30 min. A8 La Motte exit 25 min away.
Parking
Large free parking in front of the restaurant. Tourist buses pass without problem and can drop off passengers ten meters from the entrance. We warn our neighbors if you arrive in a vintage car or biker convoy to keep spots grouped.
Wheelchair access: step-free terrace, accessible toilets. High chairs available for children.
