A Menu Rooted in Provencal Tradition
At Nomadia, the menu reflects what we believe a restaurant in Sainte-Maxime should offer: honest cooking built on fresh ingredients sourced from local markets and Var producers. Our chef puts together each dish with care, drawing from the flavors of the Golfe de Saint-Tropez region — ripe tomatoes, fragrant herbs, olive oil pressed nearby, and fish that arrived the same morning.
The menu changes with the seasons. In summer, lighter plates and grilled catches from the Mediterranean take center stage. When temperatures cool, slow-cooked dishes appear — our confit lamb shank, braised for hours until the meat falls away from the bone, is one that regulars come back for. Burgers are ground and shaped in-house, served on toasted brioche with house-cut fries. Starters range from composed salads to terrines made on the premises.
Lunch Formula
Available every lunchtime, our formula starts at 18€ and includes a starter or dessert with a main course. A practical option for a midday meal without rushing — portions are generous and everything is prepared fresh. The daily special rotates based on market arrivals: one day it might be pan-seared sea bream with ratatouille, the next a slow-roasted pork shoulder with seasonal vegetables.

Our wine list highlights the vineyards of Provence — crisp rosés from Cotes de Provence AOC, full-bodied reds from the Var hills, and bright whites that pair with seafood. Wines are available by the glass, carafe, or bottle. The selection evolves throughout the year to match the seasonal dishes on the menu.
Group Menus & Special Occasions
For groups of 15 or more, we put together dedicated menus adapted to your budget and preferences. Whether it is a birthday dinner, a family gathering after a day at the beach, or a corporate lunch, our team arranges a set menu that takes the stress out of ordering. The restaurant seats up to 110 guests, with a terrace that works well for warm-evening events.
Every dish listed on our menu is also available for takeaway. Call ahead and we prepare your order for pickup — nothing changes in the preparation, same kitchen, same ingredients. Families staying in rental accommodation nearby find this convenient during the summer season.
