Are all menu items available for takeaway at Nomadia restaurant in Sainte-Maxime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely! 100% of our menu is available for takeaway: starters, hot dishes, desserts, lunch menu formulas. Lamb shank, homemade burgers, daily special, fresh fish... everything can be ordered for takeaway. Only the alcoholic beverage menu is not available for takeaway (French legislation). You can order from 1 to 10 dishes, we adapt quantities.

What is the preparation time for a takeaway order?

Accepted Answer

The average time is 20-30 minutes for most dishes (burgers, salads, pasta, daily special). For our specialties requiring long cooking like the already prepared lamb shank, allow 30-40 minutes for heating and packaging. In high season or during peak hours (12:30-1:30pm and 7:30-8:30pm), we recommend ordering 45 minutes in advance to avoid waiting.

How are dishes packaged to guarantee quality?

Accepted Answer

We use professional quality insulated packaging: insulated containers for hot dishes (keep heat 45-60 min), special burger packaging to prevent the bun from getting soggy, sauce separation in airtight containers, fries protection in ventilated bags to preserve crispiness. All our packaging is ecological and recyclable. Cutlery, napkins and salt/pepper sachets provided.

Can I order takeaway for a group or event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we accept group orders up to 20-30 people. For large orders (10 people and more), please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare the necessary quantities. We also offer custom meal trays for corporate or family events. Contact us at 09 81 33 52 03 for a personalized quote. Beyond 30 people, check our groups or privatization page.

Is takeaway service available from Saint-Tropez, Grimaud and Cogolin?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our Nomadia restaurant in Sainte-Maxime is easily accessible by car: 20 minutes from Saint-Tropez, 7 minutes from Grimaud, 10 minutes from Cogolin, 5 minutes from Plan-de-la-Tour. Free parking in front of the restaurant to quickly pick up your order. We do not offer home delivery, only on-site pickup. Dishes are packaged to keep their heat for 45-60 minutes of travel.

Can I pay with meal vouchers for a takeaway order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we accept all meal vouchers (Swile, Edenred, Up Déjeuner, Apetiz, etc.) for takeaway orders, but only Monday to Friday (meal voucher regulations). Payment is made when picking up the order. We also accept card, cash and checks. No online payment for now, everything is settled on site during pickup.

What happens if I arrive late to pick up my order?

Accepted Answer

We keep your order hot for 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Beyond that, dishes may lose quality (less crispy fries, temperature...). If you know you will be late, call us at 09 81 33 52 03, we will adapt the preparation or reheat if necessary. For delays of more than 1 hour, the order may be canceled and will need to be reheated/prepared again depending on availability.
