Is it mandatory to book at Nomadia restaurant in Sainte-Maxime?

No, booking is not mandatory but strongly recommended, especially on weekends and in high season (June to September). Without reservation, we do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee availability, especially if you want a specific location (terrace, view...) or if you come in a group. How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

For a weekday meal, you can book the day before or the same day. On weekends, we recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance. In high season (July-August), anticipate 1 week for Friday and Saturday evenings. For groups of more than 10 people, book at least 1 week in advance. Last-minute reservations are possible by phone subject to availability.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Via TheFork, you can manage your reservation directly from your customer area or the confirmation email. By phone or email, let us know as soon as possible. For group reservations (>20 people), a 7-day cancellation notice is required to avoid cancellation fees.

Can I choose my table when booking?

You can indicate your preferences when booking: terrace, indoors, near the window, quiet area... We do our best to respect your wishes, but cannot guarantee a specific location 100%. Tables are assigned according to arrival order and service configuration. For special occasions (birthdays, marriage proposals...), contact us directly to best prepare for your visit.

Do you accept reservations for the lunch menu on weekdays?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we accept and recommend reservations for our lunch menu served Monday to Friday between 12pm and 2pm. This is particularly useful for business lunches or if you have tight timing. Specify when booking that you want the lunch menu, we will optimize service to respect your lunch break. Our fastest formula (Duo Formula) is served in 30-40 minutes maximum.

How to book if I come from Saint-Tropez, Grimaud or Cogolin?

Booking is the same regardless of where you come from. Our restaurant in Sainte-Maxime is easily accessible: 20 minutes from Saint-Tropez, 7 minutes from Grimaud, 10 minutes from Cogolin. Yes, with TheFork you can book 24/7, even at night or on Sunday. This is the advantage of online booking: immediate availability and instant confirmation by email/SMS. By phone, we are reachable only during our opening hours (12pm-2:30pm and 7pm-10:30pm). By email, we respond within 24 hours maximum on business days.

What happens if I arrive late to my reservation?

We hold your table for 15 minutes after the reservation time. Beyond that, your table may be released if other customers are waiting. If you know you will be late, let us know by phone as soon as possible, we will do our best to maintain your reservation. For delays of more than 30 minutes, it is better to call us to confirm that we can still accommodate you depending on the restaurant occupancy level.
